Then was then.
Now is now.
What the old site offered, what this edition publishes and why we keep those stories separate.
An automatic follow extension.
The 2018 pages called the former service Followrio and promoted a Chrome extension for automated Instagram follows. The archived privacy page identifies no verifiable legal owner; later help pages described follow-and-unfollow features and subscriptions. These are historical references, not current product instructions.
Ideas you can actually use.
This independent edition publishes original guides on content planning, community, measurement and account safety. It offers no extension, subscription or Instagram login, and it does not claim affiliation with the earlier team or Instagram.

FROM THE SAVED IMAGE FILES
What the old illustrations can tell us.
Three full-size images were retained in captures of this domain in August 2020. Five corresponding thumbnail addresses are missing. The full files are published here as documented alternatives: the missing sizes and crops have not been reconstructed. Archive dates describe the captures, not the date each image was first made.
The image behind three Explore thumbnails
This photograph belonged to an older article about Explore. The preserved full image is wider than some missing display versions; it is a historical illustration, not evidence about today’s recommendations.

The words “Swipe Up” as a dated graphic
The lettering belongs to the retained artwork. A square thumbnail is missing; the full-width source is offered instead. The graphic is not a present-day instruction or a working Story link.

An illustration from the poll article
The drawing was linked from the earlier poll article. Its square thumbnail is missing; this is the retained rectangular image, with no claim to the lost crop.
